Gaudi Chair
Architect and designer, Antoni Gaudi is the most internationally prestigious figure in spanish architecture.
Born in Reus, in Catalonia, he graduated in Barcelona in 1878 and this city became the center of his activities. One important aspect is his capacity as designer.
This led him to create, in close collaboration with some of the very fine artisans of his time, all those elements making up architectural space – wrought iron, furniture, stained glass, sculptural work, mosaics, ceramics and so on – within an organic concept of decoration and with the integration of these elements into the construction process.
“No one sit on that chair please…”

Perfect House – Verbal Edition
Browsing and I came across this via Steez The Hero site. This is definitely a dope version of a perfect house. Photos from Louis Vuitton’s “Journey of a Man’s Wardrobe” Campaign.

You know, some may say I’m too old for this type of stuff but I must say, This is the furniture I’d have in my perfect house…agree?

Paper Chair by Mathias Bengtsson
Paper Chair is a chair made of recycled paper coated with a thin film of glue. With a CNC-cutter, the paper is carved into 2000 different profiles which are then stacked in the right order.

Soft Structure by Ditte Hammerstrøm
Soft Structure is a piece of padded furniture that incorporates and shapes the room. The furniture demonstrates a new upholstery technique that challenges the traditional approach.

Cool Chair by Steen Ipsen
Cool Chair is attractive in its purity. It’s like a wonderful young virgin with the snow-white monochrome and reflecting glaze. And as Snow White – the chair invites to a flirt. A real beauty – in ceramic disguise.
Took a while to realize, the Perfect House wouldn’t be that perfect without chairs. So after some looking, we came up with this collection of chairs that would leave any guest wondering if they should sit or not. All provided by Danish Craft

Maison & Object Lamp

Philo Modern Faucet
Making its highly anticipated debut at Cersaie 2009, the new Philo ultra modern faucets by Rubinetterie Treemme will modernize any bathroom with its contemporary concept, unconventional shape and cool style. This chic faucet features a minimalist sculptural look that emphasizes aerodynamics and lightness with its smooth and flowing lines. The faucet is executed in brass and is available in chrome, brushed nickel, black and white finishes.
How dope are these windows?

“The open penthouse space has a spectacular, floor-to-ceiling clock along each wall, letting in gorgeous light, casting unmistakable shadows, transforming time into architecture. No drapes for these windows—they’re some of the boldest and swoon-worthy panes we’ve ever seen.”
Womp womp womp. $25 million price tag, a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and everyday you wake up you’ll remember its time to take over the World. [Taking notes for my dream spot.]
